The SF1 is a small batch utility knife made entirely in Sheffield, England - from the cutting of the SF100 stainless blade to the final grind, treatment and laser marking. Every part of this knife has passed through the hands of skilled tradespeople, all working within a mile of each other.
The blade is cut from SF100 - Sheffield stainless steel, it offers the right toughness, edge retention, corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening. Each knife is Rockwell tested for hardness, with individual results marked and on the handle.
No outsourcing and no shortcuts. Just proper local manufacturing, done right.
