The Bubnell gilet is another sleeveless garment that makes up our Black Label collection. Made from a soft Herringbone cotton, the garment is surprisingly lightweight with a selection of nice pocket details on both the front and the back and looks great over a tee-shirt or shirt but can also work well underneath a tailored jacket or piece of outwear.
Bubnell is part of the Baslow and Bubnell parish situated on the River Derwent just north of Chatsworth House, Derbyshire. There is a nice quiet road called Wheatlands Lane that leads over to Hassop, one of my favorite routes within the Peak District when coming from Baslow.
